Cassie has travelled to Bali and India for various yoga trainings over the years and brings inspiration from these amazing places to her classes in London. She has practiced many styles and takes influence from Vinyasa yoga, Prana Flow, Katonah, Restorative and Kundalini breath work – which she weaves into her classes.
Specialising in Prenatal yoga, Cassie is passionate about supporting pregnant people through the amazing transformation that pregnancy and parenthood brings. Her classes feature a mix of gentle strengthening movements, deeply restorative postures, breathwork and meditation – all with the purpose to support and nourish you and your baby.
A yogi, teacher and mother, Cassie has a welcoming, positive and compassionate approach to teaching and her classes offer a safe space for all. She feels the deepest joy and gratitude in sharing the practice of yoga with others.
