Emma is a qualified STOTT Pilates Instructor and L3 Personal Trainer with 5 years in the Fitness Industry training in both a 1:1 and group setting, with experience teaching at studios in and around Central London, at collaborative events and festivals, in the corporate world and on retreats abroad.
She specialises in Pilates, Reformer, TRX, Cardio Conditioning and Strength training.
Emma is a big advocate for cross training multiple disciplines of movement styles and training methods to build overall strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility.
