About Tallulah

I teach a gentle flowing, classical style of Hatha/Vinyasa Flow yoga, emphasising mindfulness of breath and movement (the class flows between slow and dynamic with a meditative quality). I design the practice to suit the needs of the students, offering modifications and progressions for mixed abilities, so that all feel welcome. The practice helps strengthen body and mind, release physical and mental tension, as well as bringing about deep relaxation. My aim, is to help my students experience for themselves the joy of easeful and playful movement, and the peace that grows with stillness.
