Yasmina is an enthusiastic and caring practitioner, aiming to be an effective bridge between an ancient practice and modern-day life. Her sessions hope to provide a sacred haven from everyday stress, bringing a profound peace and a focus to the present moment by harmonising the body, mind, spirit and breath.
With over 20 years of yoga practice and 9 years as a dedicated yoga teacher and wellness practitioner, Yasmina is passionate about guiding others on their holistic wellness and spiritual journeys. Trained in Reiki, sound healing, and meditation, she combines these modalities to create transformative experiences. As a certified nutrition and health coach graduating from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, Yasmina offers a holistic approach to well-being. Yasmina works with clients privately and at studios in London, and run wellness retreats worldwide, helping individuals reconnect with their inner voices and embrace a balanced healthier lifestyle.
In addition, Yasmina is a Health Coach, passionate chef and co-owned an award-winning plant-based restaurant in London, which has been praised in titles such as Time Out and the Evening Standard.
