Zoe Wood

Zoe Wood is a certified breathwork & meditation guide, reiki master, and qualified children’s mindfulness coach. Her work has been described as a “commitment to joyful growth” and she is known for her calm presence. She has guided meditation groups since her Yoga Alliance accredited training in 2013, and has gone on to specialise in working with children and families. Her sessions connect people to their inner resources, their capacity to be compassionate, present, and creative. Her tools include the breath, movement, and somatic practices.
