  • Entry is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of 50 Hill Rise and their immediate families.

  • To enter, participants must scan the provided QR code and complete the online entry form.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
• 4. Prize:
  
  • The prize is one (1) monthly membership to 50 Hill Rise and one (1) 60-minute treatment of the winner’s choice (subject to availability).
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• 5. Draw and Notification:
  
  • The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided on the entry form.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, 50 Hill Rise reserves the right to redraw the prize.
