After qualifying in the USA, Ed spent two decades at the New Zealand Institute of Sport and Health, where he was the high-performance chiropractor for New Zealand’s top athletes—including All Blacks, Olympic champions, and world-class performers.
Now based in the UK, Ed brings the same elite standard of care to every patient—whether you’re an international rugby prop forward, an expectant mother, or someone simply looking to move and feel better. His treatments are tailored to suit all ages and needs, using safe, effective, and evidence-informed chiropractic techniques.

Initial Consultation
- Introduction to ensure you are comfortable with the exam, treatment suggested and role both parties play in making the most out of your care.
- Full case history including symptoms past and present, accidents and trauma, health and exercise, organic issues and full neurological and orthopaedic exam to ensure safety and accurate diagnosis.
- Chiropractic exam looking at full spine and body function, gait, posture, habits and breathing assessment.
- Discussion and explanation of findings, treatment protocol and suggestions with expected outcomes and an opportunity for further discussion as needed.
- Adjustments as required with technique each party prefers for patient comfort and successful outcome.
Follow up visits
- Discussion on outcome of Initial visit
- Follow on adjustment – Individual exercises and lifestyle medicine including posture, ergonomics, gait, diet and sleep as needed
- Recovery Plan Goals – The frequency of visits depends on length and intensity of symptoms, patient compliance and patient goals whether simple symptom relief to stabilisation and prevention of further issues.
- If you need extra help, we will refer you for an MRI, ultrasound or X-ray or alternatively to our expert network of medical consultants.
