Join Isabel for this workshop exploring alignment and arm balances. Understanding alignment as one of the most important pilars of postural practice, cultivating a harmonious relationship between the parts of the body so that energy, life force, can flow through freely. Having build this important foundation together, we will then explore arm balances, such as Bakasana (crow), Parsva Bakasana (side crow) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana, using alignment cues & props to support us, all in a fun and light-hearted way!
