A refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 20 days before the start date of the event. We issue only credits, to use towards a different service, for cancellations made less than 20 days. If you are unable to attend the event because of health problems, after receiving a doctor note, we can offer you to move your booking to a different session or receive a full refund, at management discretion. In order to receive a refund or move to a different session, you must notify us before the session occurs. No refund or transfer to another session if you notify after the session.
*** GENERAL INFO & ADVICE ***
The space is a mobile-free zone. Recordings of any sort, including but not limited to audio, video or stills are not permitted. Do not consume any caffeine, alcohol or recreational drugs at least five hours before the session. Also, try not to have a heavy meal at least two hours before. The session will begin with an introduction and an opportunity to answer any questions, followed by an individual intention setting. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your comfort equipment. This could include a sleeping bag, a thin mattress/recliner, a cushion and warm clothing including socks. We provide yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks. The doors will open 20 mins before the session start time. Given the nature of the work, please allow for an additional 30 mins of flexibility at the end.

If you are pregnant, terminally ill, in the final stages of cancer, have severe mental illness or have a pacemaker, please inform the reception team in advance. People with ear and balance problems may also be more sensitive to sound variations. If you are suffering from a fresh cold or a bad cough, please consider others before attending, as this event encourages deep peace and quiet. If you have Covid symptoms or have tested positive, please do not attend. Please ensure to share any health conditions you feel necessary.
