The body carries far more than we often realise. Stress and tension can stay with us long after the moment has passed, and sometimes the body needs to release what the mind alone cannot process. This 2.5-hour solstice workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself through two somatic practices: TRE™ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Conscious Connected Breathwork.
We begin with TRE™, a gentle sequence of exercises that invite the body’s natural tremor response to release built-up stress and tension. From there, we move into Conscious Connected Breathwork, a rhythmic guided breathing practice supported by music. The whole session is held at a steady, supportive pace, with plenty of space to listen to your body and move within your own comfort level.
