We’ll begin with an embodiment practice that incorporates gentle movement allowing you to connect with your body. The journey then unfolds with a vibrational sound journey and meditation, guiding you into deep relaxation before entering a powerful 40-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork session. We’ll close with a sharing circle, offering space for reflection and integration, while embracing the collective energy of the group.

What Is Conscious Connected Breathing?
CCB is a continuous breathing technique involving open-mouth breaths with no pauses between inhaling and exhaling. It’s a simple yet transformative practice.

Due to limited spots, refunds are not available. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or sell it. One transfer to a future session is allowed.
