A serene wellbeing ritual for you & your baby
Baby massage is a beautiful way to support your baby’s physical, emotional and developmental wellbeing through nurturing touch.
In our 6-week introductory course you will be guided through nourishing massage techniques designed to support your baby’s wellbeing while creating joyful moments of connection.
Each session focuses on a different part of the body, week by week you’ll build your confidence and skills gradually bringing everything together into a calming full body massage routine you can use at home supporting your bond.
Throughout the course you’ll discover how to help relieve tension and support relaxation, promoting better sleep. How baby massage supports body awareness and cognitive development.
You’ll also learn which massage strokes can offer relief from colic and digestive discomfort, as well as soothe sinus congestion and teething troubles.
All equipment is provided including a 70g pot of Kokoso organic coconut oil along with a supporting booklet so you have the tools to empower you to incorporate this into a daily wellbeing ritual for you and you baby.
The experience is completely baby led: feeding, cuddling, moving around, or soothing your baby is always welcome. Mindfulness practices will be incorporated too to support your wellbeing and part of each 90min session will be dedicated to relaxed social time; a chance to connect with other mums over herbal tea and a nourishing snack helping to build a community of like-minded new parents.
In addition, a complementary 30 min postnatal massage because. your baby’s wellbeing starts with you.
Suitable for babies from 8 weeks (or adjusted/ corrected) following their 8-week health check up until actively crawling.
Spaces limited to 6 to offer opportunities to connect with other new parents and offer a luxury retreat feel.
£120 for 6 sessions.
