Here’s the surprising truth: when we try to create change, we’re only using 5% of our capacity—our conscious mind. The other 95% lies in subconscious programming, much of which (about 70%) is limiting or negative. This programming is shaped by all of our past experiences, stored in the subconscious, and it often sabotages our efforts to move forward.
The method I use gently taps into the subconscious to uncover and address the root cause of these blocks. By working directly with the source, we recode limiting beliefs into empowering ones while releasing the trapped emotions tied to them—creating immediate, permanent change.
Belief Coding® integrates elements of Psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, Meditation, Matrix Reimprinting, Emotion Coding, Kinesiology, and Energy Healing. It also aligns with recent research in neuroscience and Polyvagal Theory, which shows how trauma and major life events are stored not just in our long-term memory but also in our nervous system and body and how we can heal and change quickly if we get to the root cause.
Each session typically lasts about 2 hours, but I recommend allowing 3 hours when booking to ensure we complete the process.
