Every yoga class at 50 Hill Rise is bespoke and tailored by our expert practitioners. Whatever the level, all our Yoga classes finish with at least five minutes of savasana (relaxing body and mind), so however demanding your practice, you should leave us feeling calm, relaxed and centred.

Our slow flow classes allow you to be taken through each pose slowly and mindfully, linking movement and breath – the perfect antidote to a busy lifestyle

Vinyasa Flow – likened to a dynamic dance – is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect.

A harmonious blend of two foundational yoga styles. Hatha, focusing on holding postures with awareness and breath control, provides a grounding foundation.

Kundalini yoga is an ancient practice that features movement, mudras, mantras, meditation, and breath.

This balanced class seamlessly blends the dynamic movement of Flow with the deep, restorative stillness of Yin.

Yin is a very slow yoga style where poses are held for a few minutes, allowing muscles to fully relax and the mind to slow down.

We believe that yoga is for everyone. In that spirit, we offer a number of community classes each week. These classes are no different from any other 50 Hill Rise class except for the price.
