Reconnecting mind, body and nervous system through compassionate, evidence-based care.
I’m Jo, a registered Western Medical Acupuncturist and pelvic health practitioner, with over 20 years of experience working within the NHS as a Specialist Nurse.
My work focuses on women’s health, pelvic health and fertility, supporting a range of concerns including hormonal imbalance, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and the physical and emotional challenges that can accompany these experiences.
My approach combines clinical expertise with a holistic understanding of how the body and mind are deeply interconnected. Using Western Medical Acupuncture and electroacupuncture, I aim to help regulate the body, ease tension and support overall wellbeing in a calm and supportive environment.
I have undertaken additional postgraduate training in acupuncture for women’s, pelvic and systemic health, further strengthening my specialist clinical approach.
Each treatment is tailored to you, with a strong emphasis on gentle, person-centred care and supporting your body’s natural capacity to heal and rebalance.
