Kate is a senior Yoga teacher and dedicated Yoga student of many years. With over 12 years teaching experience, she qualified to teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa style in 2011 and she predominantly teaches a dynamic form of vinyasa. She has also trained in pre/postnatal Yoga, Mandala Yoga and Reformer and Mat Pilates. Kate’s approach to teaching is inspired by her teachers past and present. Her methods are fun and creative whilst keeping the traditional disciplines and philosophies of Yoga at the heart of what she teaches.
