After being a Pilates teacher and trainer with Body Control Pilates for 25 years, Kay re-trained as an Aromatherapist. Essential, carrier and CBD oils became a fundamental part of her life whilst being a full time carer for a family member with cancer.
She initially trained with Suzie Webb in the UK in 2019 and is an associate of the I.F.A . She has continued her training in various aspects of Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Drainage and facial Gua-sha.
Her lifetime as a body worker has culminated in her being able to truly feel where a client needs therapeutic and spiritual support in their mind and body.
Kay has many years of working on retreats all over Europe to motivate and enhance the potential we all have to deeply connect with our authentic selves.
All treatments begin with an initial consultation. Once on the bed you will be guided into a deep breathing pattern to allow you to deeply relax and surrender to the experience. Kay will then blend a bespoke oil to allow you to experience all the benefits that plant medicine and her knowledge of the body can offer.
