This balanced class seamlessly blends the dynamic movement of Flow with the deep, restorative stillness of Yin. The Flow portion will build heat, flexibility, and strength through a mindful sequence of postures linked to the breath. Transitioning into Yin, we’ll hold poses for longer durations, allowing muscles to relax, the mind to quiet, and connective tissues to be gently stimulated. This practice cultivates both energy and calm, leaving you feeling invigorated yet grounded. All levels welcome.

Every yoga class at 50 Hill Rise is bespoke and tailored by our expert practitioners. Whatever the level, all our Yoga classes finish with at least five minutes of savasana (relaxing body and mind), so however demanding your practice, you should leave us feeling calm, relaxed and centred.
