The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around repeated surya namaskar (sun salutations). Teachers weave together dynamic sequences, yogic teachings and music that can inspire physical, energetic, mental and intuitive states.

Every yoga class at 50 Hill Rise is bespoke and tailored by our expert practitioners. Whatever the level, all our Yoga classes finish with at least five minutes of savasana (relaxing body and mind), so however demanding your practice, you should leave us feeling calm, relaxed and centred.
