Yin Yoga Classes

Every yoga class at 50 Hill Rise is bespoke and tailored by our expert practitioners. Whatever the level, all our Yoga classes finish with at least five minutes of savasana (relaxing body and mind), so however demanding your practice, you should leave us feeling calm, relaxed and centred.

This soothing class is all about surrendering into deep relaxation and cultivating stillness within. Yin is a very slow yoga style where poses are held for a few minutes, allowing muscles to fully relax and the mind to slow down. The physical focus is on full-body relaxation, calming the nervous system, and targeting the connective tissues, while the energetic focus helps clear internal energy channels (meridians). This restorative class offers space to release physical, mental, and emotional tension, leaving you feeling deeply rested and refreshed. All levels, including complete beginners, are welcome!
