Cassie is a yogi, teacher, and mother who shares yoga from the heart. Her classes offer a nurturing space to soften, slow down, and reconnect—with a focus on intuitive movement, soulful flow, and deep inner connection.
Since beginning her teaching journey in Bali in 2018, Cassie has drawn inspiration from Vinyasa, Katonah, Restorative yoga, and Kundalini breathwork, weaving these influences into classes that feel both grounding and expansive.
She also specialises in Prenatal yoga and is deeply passionate about holding space for the transformation of pregnancy and the journey into parenthood.
