Cancer rehabilitation
Helping men and women during and post their cancer diagnosis, including pre- and post-operative care including scar management, managing treatment side effects from radiotherapy, chemotherapy and medication. Helping patients regain strength and return to exercise and activities safely.
Yoga Therapy
You don’t have to be a yogi to benefit! This approach draws on the many tools of yoga to help promote health and wellbeing. It includes a personalised assessment and can help bring relief to a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, anxiety, menopausal symptoms and more, by using our breath, balancing our nervous systems, and using the therapeutic benefits of yoga.
