After spending three years in China at the Shaolin Temple, training with Shaolin Warrior Monks, I immersed myself in the study and practice of traditional Chinese martial arts, Tai Chi Chuan, and Qigong meditation. This intense and transformative journey gave me not only physical discipline but a deep understanding of internal strength, mindfulness, and martial philosophy. Upon completing my training, I returned to London with a mission: to share the authentic essence of Tai Chi Chuan with anyone eager to learn. With over 15 years of teaching experience in London, I bring a unique approach that blends ancient tradition with modern understanding. My goal is not just to help you become healthier, more confident, and balanced — but to guide you toward strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, and true martial skill.
