Ken began his yoga journey 8 years ago, and it quickly became a central aspect of his life. Having been in recovery from addiction for many years, he was amazed how deeply healing the combination of movement, pranayama and meditation is. He also enjoyed the spirit of fun and creativity that his favourite teachers brought to their classes, and he hopes that some of this has rubbed off on him. His classes synchronise breath and movement to create a seamless flow between poses, developing strength, suppleness and correct alignment and connecting the mind and body. He is passionate about promoting yoga to all people, regardless of age, physique or flexibility. Ken lives locally and his counselling practice is based in Richmond.
