Highly dedicated Yoga teacher practising different lineages of Yoga with over 20 years experience of Yoga (Hatha, Anusara, Iyengarand Ashtanga). Michaela has been teaching professionally in London and Vienna, whilst offering international retreats all over Europe. Her background also includes an economics degree, work experience in corporate finance and diplomatic services, contemporary and ballroom dance. For the past 10 years she has immersed herself into studies of Ayurveda, Shadow works, Meditation and Somatic Awareness Training. Married to a Persian Singer/Performer, she is settled with her 2 children in Richmond. She continues to study on a daily basis – seeking the world’s foremost teachers and spiritual masters.
