Sandrine started her healing journey in her late teenage years and when she discovered yoga in early 2001 she “fell in love with it”. It was the beginning of an outer and inner journey that is still unfolding. Less than two years later, after having completed the Sivananda teacher training she was on her way to Mysore to study Asthanga yoga and meditation… That was the start of many years of travelling and studying different traditions, healing practices and spiritual approaches. She feels blessed to have studied with great teachers and to honour them through her teaching. She still considers herself a student and the beauty is in the journey.
