Full payment is required prior to all appointments. Pre-payment secures your booking and allows us to allocate the appropriate time and resources for your treatment. Appointments will not be confirmed or processed without payment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a refund.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the full treatment fee being charged
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows
