Rooted in the softness of seasonal change, Aprils sanctuary reflects the gentle dance between stillness and renewal. Featuring delicate chimes and a 100cm rain stick played live over the nurture harmonics soundscape, this month’s sanctuary evokes the soothing calm of spring showers and the quiet unfurling of spring petals and new beginnings as you bond, rest and rejuvenate.

The parent & baby sound sanctuary is an innovative experience that is peaceful, gently luxurious, & deeply nourishing to support the wellbeing of both parent & pre-crawling babies. Sound baths are deeply relaxing & restorative. They can help ease stress, support better sleep & give you a chance to pause & recharge whilst supporting connection with your baby. Babies are very receptive to sound & vibration. The soothing environment helps them to feel calm & secure, & the shared experience supports bonding and co-regulation.

Each session begins with gentle mindfulness practices such as breathwork, humming and over the clothes baby massage to help you and your little one settle. From there you’ll be guided to get comfy for the sound journey. A soothing soundscape follows accompanied by live instruments such as soft chimes, seed shakers rain sticks and Tibetan bowl. After the sound journey there’s time for connection, an invitation to share how the experience felt and some further practices to connect and ground to allow you to softly transition back into your day.

The experience is for parents and pre-crawling babies 0 -7 months (or a little older if not yet actively crawling). It’s completely baby led: feeding, cuddling, moving around, or soothing your baby is always welcome. Babies are not expected to stay quiet & their communication during the session is important & valued.

Parents’ often comment that this is the most relaxing part of their week. That they leave feeling calmer, restored, & gently reminded that it’s okay to rest & recharge, for both themselves, and their little ones.”
