A beautiful Sound Healing Experience for the Summer Solstice. Designed as a delicious nurturing “sonic massage” for mind, body and soul. This special sound event includes Gong, Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls.

Plan to arrive a bit early, starting at 7:15 p.m., and enjoy a cup of herbal tea and light nibbles as we settle into this lovely space.

The workshop opens with a short exploration of the meanings and energies of Summer Solstice, and how to tap in.
We then move into the extended sound bath session, guided by Gong, Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, and Chimes.

Jane Kight has been featured in Financial Times as a go-to sound therapist in London. She is known for her in-person sound “baths” and 1:1 client practice, where she utilises a variety of holistic sound therapies backed by current research.
