Summer may be a little shy this year, but we’re embracing it wholeheartedly with an open-house weekend of wellness at 50 Hill Rise. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, join us for a rejuvenating experience of relaxation, recharging, and reconnection.
Why a Wellness Weekend?
We believe well-being should be within everyone’s reach. That’s why we’re hosting this open weekend, offering a diverse array of activities designed to help you rediscover the joy of movement, mindfulness, and creativity. It’s also the perfect opportunity to experience the wide range of well-being offerings available at our Richmond haven.
What to Expect
From sunrise yoga to candlelit meditation, expressive dance to informative workshops, our packed schedule caters to all tastes. You’ll find opportunities to:
- Move: Dynamic yoga flows, invigorating metaphysical dance class where you can integrate breath-work, meditation, and moving mantras to ground, regulate, and nourish your mind, body, and soul, and an introduction to Pilates for strength, flexibility and posture
- Meditate: Guided meditations to quiet the mind and nourish the soul.
- Learn: Workshops led by our expert practitioners, including a unique opportunity to learn about the metaphysical/ universal laws that govern both dance and life, enabling you to dance with life more harmoniously!
- Create: Connect with the season through a mindful flower crown workshop with local brand Flower Tonic, perfect for celebrating the Summer Solstice.
- Connect: Meet like-minded individuals from our thriving community.
And with sessions priced at just £10 (or £5 each if you bring a friend new to 50 Hill Rise), there’s every reason to try something new!

Introduction to Pilates Workshop
Join us for a special Pilates basics workshop (our very first session of the weekend) where you’ll learn the foundational principles and exercises of this low-impact yet highly effective form of exercise. Discover how Pilates can strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall physical fitness.
