With a background in body therapy since the 1990s, she founded one of London’s first corporate wellbeing companies, providing wellbeing services to clients such as Bank of New York and Nielsen. Over the years, Elizabeth has integrated her expertise in energy practices, NLP, and CBT with intuitive body therapy and coaching, helping clients release physical, emotional, and mental blockages.
