Kate has been practicing yoga since 2005 and has been teaching since 2009. She initially fell in love with yoga as a means to manage stress and feel more vibrant in her desk-bound body. It soon evolved into a passion for exploring the beauty of the moving body and inspiring others to do the same. Her classes help you step outside of your busy mind and move with grace, combining preparatory body awareness practices with fluid flow sequences that leave you feeling nourished. They are welcoming, fun and open to all abilities. Kate’s style has been influenced by her extensive training across a variety of yoga disciplines including Somatics (SATYA), Fascia Fitness, Yoga Synergy (incorporating Tai Chi techniques), Well Woman and Pregnancy Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing. She is also a certified Holistic Health Coach and loves helping people create strategies to stay on top of their wellbeing.
